How can I make changes to my booking?
If you wish to make a change to the services please contact your Stopcocks Plumber directly or call our customer service team on 0800 8620010. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the services, their timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

How can I make payment?
If your plumber is provided through our sister company Register of Tradeswomen CIC you will be invoiced directly from the CIC and can pay by BACS.
Terms are 7 days although we may be prepared negotiate if you need emergency work and can demonstrate you’re in financial difficulty. This has to be carried out before the work is agreed with us.
Who are Stopcocks?
Stopcocks Group’s sister company Register of Tradeswomen CIC may provide you with self-employed plumbers in areas where there is no Stopcocks Franchisee or if you require a skilled tradeswoman who is not a plumber/gas engineer.
Tradeswomen from the Register of Tradeswomen work to the same high standards as Stopcocks franchisees and deliver the same levels of customer service.

Finding your company is SO one of those moments. You sent us Debbie (as you know!) who could not have been sweeter, more committed to solving our problem or more wonderful than if you’d sent baby Jesus.
From the moment she arrived I knew we were in good hands and – and this is the really important thing – we knew we could trust her.
She went the extra mile for us when the thingee didn’t fit the other thingee (stop me if I’m getting too technical), she called the company, didn’t give up when they said the part didn’t exist but instead found it on line and took the trouble to email me the appropriate link. All this would make her an excellent ambassador for your company in itself, but she was so much more than that: she brought sunshine and positivity into our already very happy home and made it all the better for her presence. By her third visit I was really looking forward to her coming, just for the energy she brings with her.
