If you wish to make a change to the services please contact your Stopcocks Plumber directly or call our customer service team on 0800 8620010. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the services, their timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

You can make payment by BACS, cheque, or cash directly to your Stopcocks Woman Plumber.
If your plumber is provided through our sister company Register of Tradeswomen CIC you will be invoiced directly from the CIC and can pay by BACS.
Terms are 7 days although we may be prepared negotiate if you need emergency work and can demonstrate you’re in financial difficulty. This has to be carried out before the work is agreed with us.
We are franchisees of Stopcocks Group. Your contract will be directly between you (the customer) and your actual plumber who is a self-employed franchisee of Stopcocks Group. The full name of the Stopcocks Group franchisee you will contract with will be provided to you when you contact us and submit your order, they will then get in touch with you directly.
Stopcocks Group’s sister company Register of Tradeswomen CIC may provide you with self-employed plumbers in areas where there is no Stopcocks Franchisee or if you require a skilled tradeswoman who is not a plumber/gas engineer.
Tradeswomen from the Register of Tradeswomen work to the same high standards as Stopcocks franchisees and deliver the same levels of customer service.
